Hifin Wag Platy (Xiphophorus Maculatus)

Another piece i did for my livebearer friend of what would be his "ideal" platy. A wag Maculatus displaying the hifin trait. The gene for the Hifin was lost a couple decades ago and breeders are still trying to get it back to its former glory.
A peaceful fish which gives "livebirth". Very popular with aquarist do to many genetic mutations, ease of care and high turnover of young. To approx 3" Family : Poeciliidae
